Awful service, received wrong item, then couldn’t get hold of them via phone, emails not answered for 3 or 4 days, over 2 weeks into the complaint and still nothing sorted. Worst online store I have ever used

Straight forward transaction, Unfortunately sent the sandals back as too narrow. I was ket up to date when they received my return. They gave me a refund the same day.

I have placed the order #9169367( DKNY bag) from United Arab Emirates and paid for express delivery to be delivered by 26/07/2022 as its going to be a birthday gift!

But when I tried to track my order, I couldn’t find my order in my account. And had difficulties to login into my account. Called you several times today but no response from your end. Sent email but no response as well.

Hope I will get my order by 27/07/2022. And request you to contact me ASAP because all these things seems suspicious.

Still waiting for a refund. They do not answer emails, eventually managed to contact customer services by phone but the refund was not issued. It’s fine if you want to keep the item but don’t bother returning as they keep your item and getting a refund is impossible!

After my dress arrived late, I wanted to return it. When I entered all of the information on the website for a return it would not go through even though it is within the timeframe required. I can’t find any customer service info?? Does anyone know how to contact this company????

Also really smooth not having to deal with swedish customs wich can be problematic and unprofessional.
Seldom unproblematic when it comes to dealing with swedish custom clearence. Great servic taking care of that Country Attire.
